  • "Where is the course held?"

    The course will be held on Saturday Nov 16 and Sunday Nov 17 at Lift Fitness in Port Moody BC https://www.lifttraining.ca/index.html The course will run from 9am to 5pm both days.

  • Is there any pre-requisite?

    The only pre-requisite is that you are certified as a personal trainer or fitness instructor or a a registered allied health professional such as an RMT, Chiro, ND, Midwife, or Physio. There is an online theory component that you are to complete prior to attending the live 2 day training. You will be grated immediate access after registering for the course.

    I am an online course junkie and won't always finish courses if they are not that great. This course however is perfect for me. Both the content and the container are great! Content is to the point, updated, well explained. Course is well structured in short units that keep you motivated to keep learning and that make it easy to review something (instead of going over a 2 hour lecture to relisten to a cue). In some videos the audio is a little bit low, but I am sure that is an easy fix. All in all, highly recommendable!

    This is by far the best training I have taken!! It has a lot of information specific to working with clients as a Personal Trainer and I am feeling a newfound confidence for assessments and progressions moving forward from the initial retraining phase. The philosophies of Bellies Inc. mesh with my own when it comes to fitness both before and after baby, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to take this course. When my first born was 8 months old (after some mistakes along the way in trying to regain my strength), I was shocked how uninformed I was about the effects of childbirth on my body. As a Yoga, Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer I wanted to share this knowledge with my participants and clients so they didn’t feel as lost as I was in my postpartum body.
